Standard sizes are: 8.5"x11", 8.5"x14" (these sizes can be cut to smaller)
Forms may also have perforation and numbering, they can also be put together into a booklet of several or a dozen or so sets.

For each set of forms, we prepare a custom layout and info.
When we have a ready template layout, we can program it in such a way that it is an electronic form that can be filled out on a computer or smartphone, it can also be signed electronically by people unfamiliar with computer technology.
